Pitt now No. 1 as top 10 teams jockey for position

NCAA Basketball’s Selection Sunday is fast-approaching and teams are jockeying for position, particularly among the top 10.

This week, the Pittsburgh Panthers took over the top spot in the nation after beating the Connecticut Huskies last week.

There are a number of Top 10 teams in action over the next few days, with College Basketball Betting Odds available for every game at Bodog.

On Monday, the No. 6 Louisville Cardinals visit the Georgetown Hoyas in a Big East battle (7 pm ET, ESPN).

Bodog has the Cardinals as 2-point favorites and the over/under total at 131.5.

Louisville (21-5 SU, 16-10 ATS) is 12-2 SU in the Big East while Georgetown (14-11 SU, 8-12-1 ATS) is 5-9 SU in the conference.

On Saturday, Louisville beat Cincinnati 72-63, covering the 5-point spread, while Georgetown lost 78-72 loss to Marquette.

Also Monday, the two top teams in the Big 12 clash when the No. 3 Oklahoma Sooners host the No. 18 Kansas Jayhawks (9 pm ET, ESPN).

The Sooners are 4.5-point favorites at Bodog while the total is 141.

Kansas remained hot with a 70-53 win over Nebraska at Phog Allen Fieldhouse Saturday, covering the 12-point home spread. Oklahoma lost for just the second time on Saturday, falling 73-68 to Texas as a pick'em.

Another big game this week has the newly No. 1 Pittsburgh Panthers visiting Providence on Tuesday (7 pm ET, ESPN Full Court).

On Wednesday, the No. 2 Connecticut Huskies – who were No. 1 before losing to Pittsburgh last week – face the No. 10 Marquette Golden Eagles in a Big East battle (7 pm ET, ESPN).

And also Wednesday, No. 7 Duke Blue Devils visit Maryland in an ACC matchup (9 pm ET, ESPN).
